Valentine's Day the Movie

have you watched the movie 'Valentine's Day'?
i have... in july! call it un-romantic huh.

though i personally think i am a romantic person, i just don't like watching uber romantic valentine movies ON valentine's day. i feel that it's putting more pressure on an already highly commercialized day.

but i'm glad i saw this movie -- even five months late.  it's an all-star cast movie.  starring the likes of julia roberts, ashton kutcher, jamie foxx, jennifer garner, anne hathaway,.. and many more.  and have i mentioned patrick dempsey is there too?  yah, all those lovely faces are in this movie.


i guarantee that even if you're the un-romantic type, you'd feel something deep inside while watching this flick. it'll not only make you feel, it'll also make you think. the movie introduced casts scene per scene.. bit by bit. but in the end, you'll find out they're all interconnected.  so don't think that coz it's a valentine movie, you'd just sit there and feel the love flowing.. this flick will also make you curious, make you think, be bothered, while interested.

for me, i couldn't wait to find out to all characters at the end of the movie -- who'll end up with whom.. who's actually related to whom.. and what will happen to him or her.. mysterious but definitely exciting.

let me share some interested lines i picked from the movie. this first one is soo romantic...

"i just spent all night in a cemetery. and i actually learned something. in a relationship... you have to accept the other person, for all of what they are, not just the parts that are easy to like. and you're stupid if you turn your back on something as important as... love."

and this one.. nailed it!

"only 30 seconds left now before it's just another day. so count it down with me, lovers. and raise your last to those three little words that we all want to hear: "let's get naked."
