certificates that can be availed of are birth, marriage, death and certificate of no marriage (cenomar).  their delivery helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  you only pay P330/certificate to anywhere in the philippines.  payments are received at any bayad center, metrobank branches or bancnet atm.

Philippine Passport Application

applying for a philippine epassport can be done in two ways:
1.  thru phone
-- call DFA passport appointment system by dialing 02.737.1000 to get an appointment schedule
-- prepare all needed documentary requirements.  a list can be found at their website.
-- go to the DFA consular affairs office at the date and time of schedule acquired.
*DFA passport appointment system hotline is available from mon - sat, 8am - 5pm only.

2.  thru the internet
-- log-on to http://www.passport.com.ph/ and follow instructions to get an appointment schedule.
-- prepare all needed documentary requirements
