Nuvali: The Future Makati of The South

a couple of big real estate developments are currently brewing in the south.  one of which is ayala land's nuvali project.  it is vast, around 1,700 hectares, according to their website.  some shops and restaurants are already open in their commercial hub, solenad.  and these days, they have bazaars on weekends to attract more passersby, mostly those going to and from tagaytay city.

if not for the rain yesterday afternoon, our visit would have been perfect.  we first checked out the model houses at the avida estates and avida village projects.  we would have wanted to see avida settings, but the heavy downpour stopped us.  good thing i was able to take pictures while the weather was still good.

while there, we had a late lunch at yellow cab.  we ordered manhattan meatlovers pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, and fleet starters (wings, chips and wedges).  they were yummy, super!  it was the first time i actually had a meal inside their restaurant and tried their delectable food.  we spent P1460, but i tell you, the food was value for money.

after our visit, my hubs and i are seriously considering purchasing a lot at either avida estates or avida settings, wherever our budget fits.  we're thinking of a lot only as we already have a condo here in manila.  we can either sell the lot for a good profit, or have our house built there in the future.  since nuvali is an ayala project, we know it's going to be a great development.

here are some pictures for your appreciation...

my hubs timed our travel back to manila and it took us an hour and a half to reach our house.  traffic was mild in slex all the way to c5.

i hope we get our dream lot soon.  wish us luck!
