July 27 as Iglesia ni Cristo Day
Thru Republic Act 9645, signed into law by former President Gloria Macapagal - Arroyo last June 12, 2009, July 27 of that year and every year thereafter was declared as "Iglesia ni Cristo Day", a special working holiday. It is in recognition of INC's founding anniversary in the Philippines.
